Dynamic Hatha Vinyasa
Flowing sequences incorporated with classic held Asana to mobilise and gradually challenge the body, as well as periods of active relaxation.

Restorative Yin
Discover how to ‘do’ less yet achieve more! Let go and consciously breathe in a sequence of energy-restoring poses.  Using the support of props, you will explore a deepening flexibility and release ‘sticky’ areas of tightness.

Yoga Nidra
The yoga sleep.  Guided, deeply meditative relaxation. 
Quieten and soothe over-active minds and unlock new focus.
