About Katrina


“Yoga found me many years ago and never stops surprising me with new layers of experience, and so, I keep walking towards it.  Each class is a privilege, to open up some great knowledge that has been shared with me.  The integrity of yoga and the practice of allowing it in is a life practice; to develop stronger, more flexible and healthier minds and bodies, from the inside out.  Many people notice that daily tension patterns, which we print into our systems, start to ease and shift, even after a first class or coaching session. Expect nothing, but to come as you are, be open to explore, and to let it flow.”  ​

 

Drawing inspiration from the many yoga paths which have been part of her life for over 20 years,  Katrina teaches Asana in the Hatha Vinyasa style, with a conscious attention to anatomy. ​The underlying principle of 'awareness' in Yoga equally informs her approach to Coaching in private and corporate settings. 

Katrina is Certified EMCC Coach.  She is British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance qualified, and is trained and influenced by the teachings of Simon Low. Classes offered in London/SE.
