Yoga for Corporate Wellness

10 week courses, morning or evening for 1 hour or 1.5 hours are held at your company premises.  Up to 15 students can be accommodated, depending upon available space.  Beginners, or Open Level offered.  Yoga is one of the many ways you can inspire and support health and wellness at work.  Contact me to find out more about Wellbeing Programmes in your place of work.

One to one
If you prefer individual attention or simply wish to develop and improve your form, this could be for you.  Tailored sessions are run in the comfort of your own space.  Expect to receive close attention, to work into ‘sticky’ areas for you, and to deepen your experience of your own practice.  Times and hours to suit.
